Why buy two or three products when one will do? We hand craft this multifunctional solid shave and shampoo bar with care in our Stoneybatter lab using over 50% locally foraged ingredients. Our new and improved recipe contains infusions of local Rosemary and Horsetail produced in house.

Horsetail (Equisetum Arvense) is a of grass plant from the Equisetaceae family, a plant family that has been around for about 400 million years. Horsetail has been deemed a “living fossil,” because its existence dates back even before the dinosaurs. It’s medicinal properties are diverse. The plant promotes bone health, regulates blood flow, functions as a diuretic and maintains skin and hair health. Due to its antioxidant content and significant levels of silicon, horsetail is a key ingredient in many sophisticated high end hair restoration products. We harvest our Horsetail along the Royal Canal where it grows abundantly for use in our Bí Shave & Shampoo Bar and Bí Therapy Elixir.

The addition of Kaolin clay makes Bí SHAVE & SHAMPOO a super-mineral rich bar with gentle exfoliation properties which also can be used as facial cleanser. Foam it up in your palm and add a drop or two of Bí elixir, or a facial oil of your choice, to make a gentle medium for removing make up.

Ingredients: Camelina oil, discarded carrier oils (asst. vegetable) from Lilliput Trading Company, Coconut oil, Rosemary Infusion, Horsetail infusion, Shea butter, Propolis in honey, Lemongrass, Rosemary and Bí essential oil blend, Kaolin Clay. 100g packaged in an aluminium refillable tin.
