This workshop is part of Bí URBAN’s SOW WILD Project which is designed to illustrate nature’s circular economy through a year-long relationship with wild urban plants.
The workshop will be facilitated by Kaethe Burt-O’Dea of Bí URBAN and Miceal Murray of Taking a Leaf. We will identify local wildflower species, discuss their history, characteristics and properties, collect seeds and learn how to preserve them for future planting.
This will be a group learning process. All participants will be encouraged to share their knowledge and experience throughout the afternoon.
